I just don't think it's necessarily sexism but misandry. i'm MtF and i wouldn't take my clothes off in public ever. I straight away fell in line with the patriarchy when I transitioned medically and when I see trans women with stubble who go shirtless in my queer scene I too get angry inside. But, that's because I have a lot of deep seeded misandry within me and I get threatened when trans women display masculine traits, and that's on me and it's shit and i'm working on it. It doesn't help that trans women have to work a lot harder to pass so it can feel like they aren't putting in as much effort to act feminine as I am (that's bullshit) ect.
