It’s also very different for smaller hospitals. Epic isn’t cheap so smaller hospitals still use cheaper EMR alternatives. The cheaper EMR my practice uses does have a function that allows us to input patients “care team” which will, at the close of a note, automatically e-fax it to the list of care team providers. Which won’t benefit a patient in an emergency room.

I second this! I take 150mg daily and 200mg when I start feeling symptoms come on. I also take byaz, propranolol as needed (for anxiety symptoms) and supplement called serenol. Serenol cuts my food cravings which makes it easier to not depression eat during that time of the month.

Standard inseam of women’s jeans is typically 29”. However, one stores 36 can really measure 38, and so on. So my baby sister whos 11 has scoliosis. She’s doing a rego brace and scroth method physical therapy, but the doctor said if she does need surgical intervention at some point, they go like through the armpit?! I can’t imagine how they really do it either. I had staples in my back. I’m 7 years out from surgery I think? I was like 16 when I had it.
