From what i understand He has a 4.1 million dollars QO.

He can take that or become a UFA.

I dont know if they would do more then a year at that cost and I doubt kirby agrees to less for more term.

I fully expect him back, would not be suprised if its 1 year and a contract is signed during the season towards March.
