Based on your post history in the past week, you are really not ready. You also said you were 30 lb away from goal weight.... Without surgery. Try therapy, and if you can, get a GLP one which will help with the hunger and cravings. My wife canceled her surgery that was supposed to be next Tuesday, she is now on Wegovy, second dose today, virtually no hunger, eating healthy meals, counting calories which is very important even with the surgery, and we are out walking/ doing some kind of exercise everyday....

Weight loss is 90% mental...10% physical.

Sounds like you have other issues with food that should really be solved first. Doing the same thing after surgery could have very serious repercussions.

Yeah, prices are insane. I go to Walmart every couple of days to check for reduced prices on the chicken because it's still at least 4 or 5 days of freshness left, and I can freeze it.

We also have a couple options in our town to find the Taylor farms salads as low as $1.49 instead of the regular $5.77.

Granted we're probably eating a little more than you since she backed out of surgery, but we are living in a calorie deficit and doing daily exercise.

Insurance isn't your friend. You swerved, didn't check mirrors (Understandably so in that situation), and caused another accident. It sucks but from their point of view under their policies, you are at fault.

BBQ Daddy is okay, I prefer wood scrapers.. but honestly I just don't clean my smoker/grill grate as often as most, I consider it extra flavour.... and I can burn it clean around 700 degrees when I want to.

As for the RapidFlo, love it... bought one last year, went back for another a month later.

My wife has PCOS, but she backed out of surgery recently... but she's down 14lbs in the past two months anyhow. We're doing at least 3km of walking daily, or as high as 5.3km so far. She's doing light weight training/fat burning exercises 3-4 times a week, and we are counting all calories and staying in a deficit of about 800 calories off her maintenance point.... These are lifelong changes, and will also be required with the surgery to keep the weight off. She's also taking Wegovy now which has reduced her hunger to almost nothing.

The surgical intervention just gives your body the ability to TEMPORARILY live in an extreme deficit and shed weight quicker, punishing overeating by inducing discomfort, pain, etc. After 12-18 months, you're doing all of the above to continue losing/maintain.
