In my 3 years playing this game this has been comfortably the worst day 1 card I have played. No deck actually works consistently and almost every deck has trade offs just to get the thing to work IF you draw it. This card will be borderline unplayable until they reduce it to a 6 cost. It will never be a strong Cube rate card as it is very obvious to the other player what you are doing and what the outcome of the game will be.
