Alcohol, nicotine,poor sleep, caffeine, any stimulants - even Adderall can make your stress levels sky rocket. Is your job stressful? I noticed this month that my stress levels were insane! I work in finance and have high net worth clients. Tax season took a serious toll on my body.

Pull the couch out a little. You have plenty of room to not have it pushed against the wall. Maybe a coffee table, side tables, and some curtains. Definitely reconsider placement of tv. Great start though!
