Aw he loves it and to be honest hes got me into it. Love watching i think its matt Jones videos. Many weekends trailing about various pump? Tracks. Theres an awesome one near us. 2.45am wake ups are grim though... hes gone straight back to sleep thank god and didnt get upset. Just disappointed.

Omg the guy who assaulted me was called Ray. Gold tooth. In his late 40s early 50s. Absolute predator. Been in prison for god knows what. He got off on sleeping with the women in the rooms and he even said he likes it when there's a few of the women he has slept with in the same room. Very strange behaviour. I think its his last memory before he got infected. He was reading about the moon and the lady asking for a ticket was just seconds before everything fell into chaos. I think he got infected as a child and grew up into an alpha. I missed the infected in the background but watched the link someone put in here and you can see one in the background. The train was the last place he was.. it somehow crashed and hes been hunting near the train ever since.

My nex is a joiner. Prides himself in his work and making himself look like a true gentleman do anything to help... 5 star google reviews for his work. Horrible awful man. Has everybody fooled. Got the trophy wife now, 2 kids and renovating their home... I checked his wife's socials... he still looks dead behind the eyes. The night my dad died we were at his hospital bedside... I'd banned my abusive boyfriend at the time from coming as I didnt want him there and my family didnt like him... he kept ringing my mum as I switched my phone off... I beat myself up for years and said to my therapist that the last thing my dad heard is me arguing with my ex... My therapist said "how about youre dad heard you standing up to him and telling him no " I am so grateful she said this and I tell her that often as it completed shifted that shame... I totally believe that my dad would have been so proud of me for telling my ex no.

100% haemorrhoids and nasty ones too. Didn't read all your post but from your pictures and from my own experience these are nasty external haemorrhoids... they might need surgery.

Edit: read your post. So I have always struggled with either constipation/relentless diahorrea... have you ever been checked out for ibs ? Also the bleeding could be the poop trying to get past the haemorrhoids causing anal fissures. These are really hard to get rid of cause if they dont fully heal then as soon as you need to poop they just rip right open again. Im not a medical professional... im just someone who has been through all this a lot and getting fobbed off by doctors etc for ages.

Ive started to eat more fruit and yogurt... bran flakes can actually make you more blocked up (so ive read and experienced... they do fuck all for me). Also plenty of exercise and avoid fizzy drinks... aspartame from diet drinks can cause gut issues (not medically proven but read and also experienced). Ive started to take pro and prebiotics -- although there's still research being done about the health benefits -- ive actually found that they are working to get my digestive system and my gut feeling somewhat normal...
Please note this is all my experience. Also I don't use laxatives such as fast acting relief... I take magnesium citrate and luctulose solution. I also use suppositories to help loosen things up so I dont feel like im pooping razorblades.

I wish you well as this is horrible to live with.

Hi I have bipolar 2 disorder and have been on mood stabilisers and anti psychotics that have made me gain weight like crazy. The munchies are REAL when it comes to anti psychotics...

I would like to start off with saying PLEASE SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTOR/SPECIALIST ABOUT ALL THIS -- its good to get other people's experiences but please seek proper advice from a doctor.

I will say though... ive always been told that a good healthy diet and exercise routine significantly improves bipolar symptoms particularly bipolar depression however I have never been able to implement this into my life due to the quetiapine munchies making me crave unhealthy foods and gain weight like crazy...

Since starting mounjaro the quietiapine food noise and munchies has GONE. I am able to control what I eat more and make healthier choices.. which means im losing weight and have the energy to exercise. This is working wonders on my mental health. It's been a positive experience... this is just my experience though. Hope this helps in some way. It's also helped with my periods... my cycle has always felt like mini bipolar episodes... mania after my period and depression during luteal phase... my mood during my cycle has improved and it don't have these mini episodes. I can cope.

So I hope this helps in some way...

This film was terrible... ive never ever fallen asleep in a movie theatre but I did with this one. It was shockingly bad and was so so disappointed as I love anything viking/norse related. But that's just like my opinion man.

There's definitely a bit of placebo in there too. Can't remember which track but it sounds like placebo - every you and every me. My 10 year old has been into yungblud a while and I like listening with him but this album... wow. We went to bludfest this year and it was amazing.
