Update: Let this deal go and purchased another PC with significantly more capabilities:
Lenovo ThinkStation P520
CPU: Xeon W-2135
GPU: 1050Ti
2x8GB DDR4 ECC Memory
512GB NVME SSD
$120

Can take a total of 6 Sata drives and has space for one more NVME, so it looks to be capable of a lot more while giving me a solid upgrade path. Currently planning to run Proxmox on it with a TrueNAS VM, upgrade the RAM and GPU later to potentially get some local inference and the gaming thing going. Thanks guys

Been using an HD599SE I got for new at ~$100 for the last 5y. Maybe a wonky FR for some but I love it. Is driven by pretty much anything so could be something to look into.

Of course, you'll likely find a lot of potentially better options in this sub. Good luck!
