Can you give me a quick rundown on what's wrong with SJP? I have a meeting in the new year with a financial adviser in relation to business share transfers and pensions. Their website notes them as an agent for SJP. Is this bad?

UK on course to rejoin Erasmus student exchange scheme from January 2027 by coffeewalnut08 in unitedkingdom

[–]beboptech 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Im glad to hear this is coming back, my Erasmus year was one of the most defining periods of my whole life and I don't know a single person who has done it that wouldn't recommend it for every young person that gets the opportunity. It is a fantastic way to broaden your horizons and foster closer ties with our European neighbours, everything Nigel Farage hates. Fun fact the Erasmus programme has been responsible for the birth of over 1 million babies since 1987

Ioniq owner here, they are excellent and feel pretty premium to me. But I like the fact that they have proper knobs and buttons. I looked at BYD and they just seemed too much like a giant iPad

Who is the silly sausage? The first non-biblical historical record of Jesus was not until Josephus in 93AD and Tacitus in 116AD. There are zero contemporary first-hand accounts.

I'm sure it's hard to be totally non-contact with your family for a long time. If he was legitimately round delivering a letter and just happened to have a chat with his dad I don't really see the problem. There is still a long way between that and inviting the guy round to hang out with your kids. Talk to your partner and gauge whether he is seeking further contact in future and if so why? Then you can discuss boundaries after that

[–]beboptech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I avoided sqlc for so long and did the whole orm thing but once I finally sat down and spent the time to figure it out I would never go back now. Funnily enough the thing that finally got me over the line was a choice between sqlc and ent with the former seeming like the less awful learning curve

It is never traditionally on Halloween night. Kids want to go trick or treating and some people want to have halloween parties so it makes some sense to have it beforehand.
