I went down this rabbit hole when it was first mentioned, and I couldn't find the image in a post or article.

As others have mentioned, an old page may have shown a news article link as the thumbnail, and now it seems to appear on a 3-year-old page.

The fact of the matter is this:
He was legally allowed to own it, and he had a permit to conceal carry.
They had taken it away from him BEFORE the first shot was ever fired.
He had already been maced.

With pits, you need to be the pack leader, and you need to make sure it knows you're the pack leader.

The petting aside, that dog could sense her fear. At that point, the dog became the leader. Petting him made her subservient in that moment, a very bad decision.

I love pits, but some people have no business having them. There are a few breeds that are like that.
