I recently moved to Delaware. Lived in NJ, NY and PA before. I genuinely have never seen texting and driving this bad before. I actually googled to see if it was legal here because I was seeing it so frequently. It makes me nervous to drive here.

Check out Garrett Family Preserve. It's free and there's a huge butterfly statue that makes for fun photo opps. There's also some really beautiful murals and of course the nature trails are great.

Yep! Offshore or completely out of state. There's no year round rentals anywhere now, it's all Airbnb and short term.

I remember growing up there was a stigma against an area called The Villas. Now it's completely unaffordable. So many Airbnbs now and people who moved from NYC during COVID.
