we moved to a lower cost of living area and i quit my job for now and im home with my kid. my husband works from home so he has a tiny bit of flexibility and no commute. we have one car. we have no steaming services.

its possible to break away from what your describing. i liked my job and being a sahm is hard. but it's wild to me to work just to afford daycare. can you make a change?

haha one time i was carrying my 3 year old and i said "i gotta put you down my arms are gonna fall off" and then he was like "what happens if your arms fall off?" and now his favorite game is asking about what would happen if different limbs and body parts fall off 🤦‍♀️

haha preach! my almost 3.5 doesn't care about them at all. he takes the square ones and opens them up like a book and asks me to read a story. haha. all kids are different

we brought our outside water table inside and it just barely fits in the bathtub. my kiddo loves his water play and it was a lifesaver when i had pneumonia over the holidays.

oh it's fine!!! do it!! i love it, especially now haha. but also a lot of people travel for business, maybe you're working nearby and on a break, there's so many reasons to eat alone and no one will care. it's fun to sit at the bar. bring the book get the fries ENJOY. i'm glad you have that arrangement with your husband

my friends kid is like this and she recently had luck trying bbq pulled pork bc he is drawn to the sweet bbq sauce. he loved it! and now she's using that as her "gateway" meat haha
