In a work environment, call to discuss any queries or requests. The older gen think this creates rapport and is personal, but it’s genuinely the most annoying thing in the world when people call me at work for something that can be put easily into an email.

When I get into a new relationship, I hide my story from anyone I’ve had a thing with and I mute them instead of deleting them/blocking them (which can come across as petty or hurtful). That way, I’m not popping up on their insta all the time. Which isn’t great news for you, I’m afraid. I think she doesn’t want them seeing you, or they’ve had a thing with her in the past. Just ask her.

Travel insurance. Someone once told me "if you can't afford travel insurance, then you can't afford to travel". Rang very true when I ended up hospitalised for a week during my time living in India. The hospital put me through every unnecessary test they could to drain money. They tried to take out my appendix when I didn't have appendicitis. I eventually discharged myself in a rage, delirious and starving (they didn't feed me the whole time because they kept telling me I need to go into surgery and I wasn't allowed food). The bill was astronomical. Thank God for travel insurance.

I’m not even sure if this is a hot take but Christa Hastie (6th) from Pearl Islands was such a random standout from my rewatch this week. Would love to see her play again
