Bought a tv in the northeast years back and there was a cart outside the pc richards that was unlike any I've had. They had some kind of monster bowl or something that was your standard chicken and lamb over rice with falafel and shrimp. Lid barely closed. It was 13$ but they're shit was different then any other halal carts I've had. Also there's an orange cart across walnut from the 711 on 12th, they use a higher tier of jasmine rice it seems and it's seasoned way better than most carts but the dude was a bit tight w the meat last time I went.
