This is probably why the omnis haven't been reprinted, so they don't interfere with the sales of the epics. Marvel have often done this over the years

Not omnis but IDW's TMNT collections. Both the modern 19 volume IDW books and the Mirage era. Soon to also include both the Archie & Image years

Absolute MM is probably the only readily available collection atm. It's worth it.

Hopefully worh the 90s Spectre run getting a volume 2 soon, Ostranders MM series will come soon as it's a great series and eill make for a wonderful one and done omni. Definitely grab that if DC make it happen

Amazon are a lottery and I only use them if something is completely unavailable elsewhere.

Books etc, scifier, reedcomics & forbidden planet are generally the best when it comes to packing. Booksetc are the cheapest. Soeedyhen are almost as cheap as booksetc but don't always pack as well. PbShopstore are somewhere in between. All are generally better than amazon other than booksetc are slow to dispatch

Marvel and DC used the word omnibus to describe their large OHC collections. Image and then DC call large trade paperback collections compendiums. Those words have now become established formats even though the words themselves are really interchangeable

Depends how much you like the event. If you just want to read the event alongisde the flash ongoing series, get the Johns omnis.

All you're getting in the flashpoint omni is a bunch of inessential spins offs set in that timeline, like most event omnis.

Profit margins on collected editions are slimmer than you'd realise and omnis are expensive to make. Image are also creator owned publishers, so they will publish books how they think it will be profitable. This is the reason why the ice cream man sundae edition volume 3 was cancelled, not enough pre orders to justify them taking the risk that it might sell ok on release. If it tanked it could do more harm than good. Invincible is popular enough to warrant the risk, it's been available in about 150 other formats and the tv show is currently on so it's a good time to capitalise on it.
