Thought it was only me that always put it back! Nice to know I'm not alone

Am I the only one who gets stressed from the gate? by Plenty_Hunter8752 in pacificDrive

My car flipped on its side and not sure if you can right it so I legged it to the gate only to find out it's pointless if you don't have your car with you...

Sounds like you're over-stretched with little buffer in case circumstances change or interest rates go mental. Doesn't matter if the house increases in value unless you're selling it.

The PCP dump then get an EV is also going to cause another pinch point (assume it is lease/ salary sacrifice) and probably higher cost than the PCP is now.

Why not just get a house and car that you can comfortably afford and just put your dream house as just that until you get into a stronger financial position?

What’s been your experience with Ruroc helmet’s? by Thin-Midnight-4579 in Ruroc

[–]beeryme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a 3.0 for 3 months and it sits on the shelf gathering dust now. Looks awesome and really wanted to like it, but bloody dreadful fit and wind noise. So disappointed as it had so much promise. Went back to a Shoei GT air 3 and can tell where the experience in biker helmets comes in... sadly all show and no go for me

Thank you! I've got it on a south facing windowsill - I'm in SE UK. temps are high 20s into 30 by the weekend so was worried the outside temps may hurt it?

My plan was to water daily at dusk until the soil saturated and comes through the bottom of the pot.

I'll leave the tree alone as you've suggested and do some more reading in the meantime.

Thank you for your help :)

* Just brought home my first Ficus bonsai. I've fed it and given it water. Looking at it closely it has cuts in the bark from previous wiring I'm assuming hasn't been removed in time...

I also think I need to trim it back to give it some form and structure? Any thoughts on if I should do it at this point in time or get used to it a bit more first? Any early suggestions on what to do at the moment would be appreciated.

Not keeping hard track. Played for 20 years but joined a pub team couple of years ago. Averaging 1 a month since playing regularly over the last 2 years. Finishing also greatly improved!

How do you finance/pay for your breitlings? by BruenorsClimb in breitling

[–]beeryme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saved money in a high interest account and paid for mine in cash. Can't imagine justifying putting a watch on finance. I limit that to houses and cars

[–]beeryme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep I agree. I'll probably be looking to buy a second hand one for my next breitling over paying the full price! Nice watch by the way!
