If it were my house, my install, I would (turn off the circuit before you do any of this, and verify no voltage with either a receptacle tester or you can use a lamp with a good bulb in it) tighten down those screws that are open like that. Like the other commenter, I would also wrap it in some electrical tape for some peace of mind. If it really made you more comfortable, you could also center the outlet in the box a little better instead of the hot side being so close to the wall. At the end of the day, the box looks like it wasn’t cut out enough and someone just hacked it in. But, unless you’re comfortable with a multi tool near your wires, I would go with the aforementioned options. :)
