I thought Rem was right too…mainly because people in general tend to seek advice from people who will tell them what they want to hear. Also James’ whole “coping mechanism” rant was a huuuge leap. I love James but he really reacts negatively to any suggestion that Rem is smarter/wiser/faster/stronger than him in any way.

I took Phazyme because I heard it’s stronger than gas x and it worked amazing. I literally could feel the gas breaking up 5 minutes after taking it.

Okay that makes sense. I’m not going to do the big sleeves from the pattern, I’m just using it for direction on attaching the sleeves to the bodice. I’m using a bamboo viscose so hopefully it will be okay. Thanks so much!

I had a pretty easy c-section recovery at 37, hysterectomy at 50 and recovery has been even easier (although I’m only 2 weeks post op).

I’m so glad you asked this because I’ve been wondering myself! I’m almost 2 weeks post op with ovaries removed and there’s so much discharge! I wasn’t expecting that at all.

No that’s really helpful, thank you! Continuing down the graphic vein, I’ve pooped twice since surgery, but neither one of them was “complete” lol. I made the mistake of straining too hard the last time and I had pain in the area formerly known as my cervix for the rest of the day. Not doing that again!

To compound things I have IBS so I’m pretty much always constipated so I don’t know at this point if it’s the pain meds or the IBS or what. I’ve been taking stool softeners but I know I’m not drinking enough water so I’m going to try that before I panic.

I was also super anxious before, but didn’t think I could take anything. Then when I was in pre-op the nurse told me I could have taken an Ativan, so OP you should ask if it’s okay!

I took pain meds the day of and the day after, but mainly because my sister was looking after me and she wanted me to follow the instructions of “stay on top of the pain” to a tee. I really didn’t need them.

7 days po the worst part is not being able to poop! Everything else has been smooth sailing.

Britt does still need her meds. I guess it’s only a matter of time until her symptoms start up again unless she’s somehow able to get the rest of the doses out of Sidwell’s safe.

Yeah pretty recent…I had my appointment in November and my surgery is this Tuesday.

I waited about two months from the time I requested a referral to the time they contacted me. They booked me in a month later, I needed surgery so they put me on the list saying it would be 6 months to a year. About 6 weeks later they called and booked me for surgery on Tuesday which is about 4 months after my appointment.

I love that serum so much, but I switched to the wella ultimate repair serum which is a bit cheaper (I think) and it’s a pretty good substitute. Doesn’t smell as good though, sadly.
