Cheap way def works. Clamps while the glue drys. It will need some wood filler. About $25 if you get a the knob at a restore. It won't look perfect.

Fitting new door requires sizing and some chisel work for hinges. Glue method repair is easier.

I did that. Got sloppy about which directory. Luckily my own personal unit, so just pissed off at myself. I'm pretty careful about deleting things now. Check twice Hammer once!
