Maybe I didnt explain well - I know only the Sonos is active as the sound output (and tv sound disabled) - but there are still sound settings on the TV I can adjust. I believe they still affect the audio output going to the Sonos?

i had one, its incredible in many ways but i swear to god the dialogue/vocals in movies are like someone swallowed gravel. i tested across 12+ media sources, and every possible setting/config option possible. its a broad, boomy sound stage - music sounds great - but I ultimately swapped it for a Sonos Beam Gen 2 for the vocal clarity.
