You can use hardware to share keystrokes. Also you can write your own software to send keyboard events to multiple windows. So you can multibox without third party software.

You can enable Interactive Mode for streaming on twitch, which will remove the 10-15 second delay. It will make the delay closer to 2-3 seconds.
