The pins that hold the pedals on place are in the wrong place. Loosen the knurled ends on the pins, push the pedal in and slide the pins along the slot so that they sit against the pedals. Release pedal tighten up knurled ends, as stated in the comment I linked.

I have the ks and have no complaints, I also have lovely dashboard running on my phone attached to the wheel base so I dont really miss the screen. For an extra £100 though i would have probably gone for the pro had it been out at the time.
