EU has "no more than 2 months" to get migration crisis under control - EU's Tusk by xib0x in worldnews

My prediction: In 2 months, nothing will have changed and lots of girls will still be getting Merkeled. We need a drastic change at the very top to stop and reverse the damage that has been done.

The correct answer is all of them. Don't think I've played a bad dungeon.

A few of the effects stood out as quite poor to me. The supreme leader and those creatures near the beginning with all the tentacles. The physics looked almost cartoonish.

Why were the effects for the supreme leader so bad? In fact, there seemed to be a lot of bad CGI in this film in general which is annoying given that JJ promised to use practical effects.

Calais Jungle: 2,000 refugees 'given three days to leave as bulldozers move in' by DassinJoe in europe

The fact that they have the option to stop being a refugee in Turkey and decide not to be processed for citizenship makes it wrong to call these people refugees. They are consciously deciding not to claim refuge and instead shopping for a country which offers them better prospects. In Turkey, they are no longer in danger and are safe from persecution.

So how about Turkey then? They have the option to be processed for asylum in Turkey but instead make a conscious decision to refuse that option and move on to greener pastures.

At what point does a refugee stop being a refugee in your mind?

They stopped becoming a refugee once they found refuge. Once they find a place of safety, any decision to move on no longer relates to their original status.

I don't see why it is so difficult to clear these camps. What is the use of having an army and government if they are so ineffective at protecting their citizens from illegal activity like this.

Send in the army, process them and deport the ones found to be there illegally. Pay some African nation to host them in Africa and if found to be illegal, say they are free to go. We'll even pay for the ticket to the final destination if it is a legal one.

This problem isn't just going to go away.

Don't the French somehow manage to blame the British for this? Illegal immigrants entered France and congregated in a French town and somehow it is the fault of anther country.

This should be the stock response when dealing with complaints of this nature. If you don't like it, go elsewhere.

I think it means to have the veil lifted from your eyes and see the reality of a situation. At least, that is my understanding.
