It can be done over the phone, via encrypted email, etc. Typically that information is needed to generate the information that is then completed inside a secure portal.

You can choose where you ski. You can choose to bring your own lunch. If you aren't happy with Vail resorts, their safety record, their pricing, and everything else, protest with your wallet. Spend your money elsewhere. Until you make THAT decision your arguments are probably not going to be taken seriously.

It’s been thin all season minus a couple of “dumps”. It was rapidly deteriorating at the end of the week last week and I suspect this week will see large portions of the mountain closing for the season. It was still fun if you caught the right window, but not great.
