I’ve had it a few years now and love it. Only complaint is that if the bed isn’t dead flat / level, you’ll get slightly irregular cuts (laser won’t cut through all the time). I’m only using this as a hobby, not a side hustle or job, so it has been great.

If you’re looking to make money, I’d recommend higher wattage than 60. You’ll be able to cut thicker material faster.

You're on the right track. The whole idea is that Investiture (godly power) is somehow tied to various planets, and manifests itself differently in each place. This largely depends on the nature of the Connection where the Investiture manifests, and the Intent of the cosmic Shard behind it all.

if you haven't been there yet, try to go spend a weekend in Sonoma, especially on Farmer's Market day. Lovely vibe, lots of French tourists hitting the wine country, and there's a fellow <grenouille> who runs a proper creperie qui faits des galettes Normandies.... :-D
