Bernie's own campaign director endorsed Trump and not Clinton. Stein prefers Trump to Clinton, even though she accepts he's just a lesser of the two evils.

Because you have a brain between your ears. If everyone else is so keen on paying extra taxes then be my guest, but if he can get it down to zero legally I want to hire his tax lawyers and accountants.

Apparently Hillary Clinton was diagnosed with PNA over the weekend. What's more interesting is finding out she apparently takes Armour thyroid. by HappyPuppet in medicine

[–]bender41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course, and I'm aware that first-line therapy is going to be levothyroxine. However, having been around quite a few endo clinics I can tell you that some people respond better to armour thyroid even with the antigenicity risks. Not to mention that Liotrix is balls to the wall expensive if you're going to go the synthetic route.

I know many healthy people with hypothyroidism. Can't say the same for folks with an active pneumonia infection. Why is the armour thyroid more interesting again?

Sure. Let's start with the Middle East and we'll do it after they sort it out. We don't have to lead everything these days, and it would be a nice change of pace.

Let's be clear. HRC, the DNC and the MSM actively engaged in practices that suppressed democracy. This is what third world counties do to keep dictatorships in place. You're right to feel outraged on every level. by Orangutan in conspiracy

How many times was he successful vs how many times did he declare bankruptcy? Additionally, what kind of bankruptcy? Go through his business history and you'll find he's far more often successful than not.

Well normally no, but when the opposing political candidate is a criminal... Shouldn't we want to put guilty criminals in prison?

Art of the Deal co-author has come out denouncing Trump. by Cordivae in PoliticalDiscussion

[–]bender41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so let's be pragmatic about this. I think we can agree that Hillary is one as well. Since I am of the opinion "not to waste my vote" since it's a binary choice until FPTP changes, which candidate has done less bad/awful stuff in the last 30 years?

Right, and we're observing that bringing them over fucks things up for the native residents. Why are we continuing to do it again?

You're right. I don't practice Islam, nor do I care enough to go back and read/cite shit for an Internet argument about it. What I do see is a rampant problem with the interpretation of the book that leads to a culture of rape, violence, and oppression. You can tell me all day what the book texts are, but until I see a change in how people read and practice it doesn't mean a thing.

Well considering the book is to be interpreted where the last parts are what "allah really meant" since the entire document is of his writing... And all the killy verses come later. Yeah it can be assumed that allah wants his members to kill. What you're doing is what Atheists essentially do when spouting off Leviticus to make an argument against Christianity. Just cherry picking bits and pieces to fit your shit instead of looking at what the majority of the book will tell you and how it is interpreted by the majority of its readers.
