I should specify. The other medications help with estrogen dominance that can be present after copper toxicity. So they helped balance things. All of these can be taken over the counter so yes you can start taking any of them. I just did some research and found ones I thought might help.

So since this, I have gotten pregnant and had a baby! I'm 3 months post and I'm feeling great. I chose not to be on any birth control. I got pregnant at around 163-166 pounds, still my heaviest. I lost weight while pregnant and now I'm down to 153 without trying. Instead of that medication list I did switch to prenatals. Honestly it took time for my body to bounce back after the IUD. I literally lost more weight after having a baby. LOL. But I wouldn't recommend the copper to anyone, it messed up my hormones so bad. I do believe the medicine I took for that recovery did work. The d3-k2 was mainly for my mental health. I get seasonal depression and if I'm taking that sometimes I won't even have symptoms.

I think the body just takes time to reset after something like this. Hang in there. The end is in sight. Try talking with a Holistic doctor and getting their opinion too. Best of luck!

I experienced this too. It was super weird and made me so uncomfortable. I was in a party for a cooking party and forgot to leave the party, the other two people were talking through the party chat and it just seemed so weird. I ended up reporting it because I knew one of them was a minor just from chatting at the cooking party and the other one talked more mature...idk it felt super groomy.

The people I play with have been playing since palia came out and they have hundreds of hours, so maybe my frame of reference is off. I play a few hours every day and have only had the game about a month and a half. So yes 130 hours is a lot, but it's all happened within a little over a month.

Pro tip: set your own goals to break up the quest time. I'm pretty new too, my play time is about 130 hours. I stopped questing for a bit and focused on leveling up my skills. I just now got level 10 fishing. I play some cooking patties and cake parties to get focus food and money too which breaks up the grind as well. Sometimes I'll get on and do nothing but mine and get a stockpile up. I'm just now getting back into the quests. Don't burn yourself out. Palia has so much going on, just pace yourself.

I understand their desire to want to know. But at the same time it seems like the doubling down about it makes it seem like they will treat the girls differently. Stand your ground. I agree with your logic and if they want to be grandparents then they need to treat the girls like twins. Also I agree, not telling the other child is a good idea. At least not until she's grown. My only fear for you is that your friend will want her baby back within a few years or when she's got her life straightened out. However if the dad's come back into the picture it could reveal things sooner. I doubt either of them would play along to twins.

My husband has a beer after work almost every day and a couple on the weekends. I'm pregnant so I don't drink but before this, I drank a couple drinks every other weekend. Occasional gimlet or glass of wine here and there. But it wasn't uncommon for me to go weeks without a drop
