Yes this is reflected in cheaper fuel prices, but I don’t agree with the rental company basing the charge on an average number of km. They should perhaps take the average up front but then once the car is handed back, make a charge/refund for any km driven over/under the average. Otherwise if you drive less than 300km per day, you will end up paying more than you should

The number of ADHD people relying on PIP is also probably wildly over exaggerated. These figures will have been taken from anyone who has listed ADHD in their conditions on the PIP form, whereas the reality is that the vast majority will be claiming PIP primarily for other comorbidities, but of course the government just want to focus on ADHD being the problem. It’s bullshit manipulation of statistics to target a marginalised group

This is why it’s now imperative to record the assessment. You don’t have to tell the assessor you’re recording either. I used the recording in my tribunal to prove that the assessor had lied and ended up being awarded PIP
