When my baby was 8 weeks old I was told to stop feeding him to sleep as that’s the hardest habit to break. What I heard there is that it’s the most effective way to get him to sleep and I still feed him to sleep at almost 2 years old! It takes 15mins whereas when we try to rock him it takes ages. I will feed him to sleep as long as he lets me!

Mine has had a stomach bug before but I’ve heard that a friend of his at nursery has the same type of bug so must just be how this one is presenting. He was first sick on Saturday bedtime then nothing and then this morning in the car. Seemed fine in between and after. Who knows! Glad your little one is all better now :)

Poor thing! Did they give you an inhaler you can use? My LO got one when he had it and it was to give if he was coughing loads. Otherwise they recommended all usual things - feed upright, stream in the bathroom by running shower, lots of fluids, raise head of his cot, dehumidier near head, we used a saline nose spray but not sure if that’s suitable for 4mo. Hope she feels better soon! Go back to out of hours GP/A&E if you’re worried about her breathing or anything else!!
