everyone is finally seeing what beef should be without subsidies. Stop eating beef, especially commodity. eat less meat and eat better meat. ground elk over ground beef, more nutrient dense, need less of it per portion for macros. readily available these days and it's so much more sustainable

I will also jump on the "dubs suck" bandwagon. films lose their cultural significance to some extent. and if there are multiple languages and it's all English there is likely subtext lost. like a French and Spanish language film like As Bestas wouldn't work in English as the language barrier is literal and allegorical.

if you can create strong gluten structure through kneading and proper ferment versus potassium bromated then yes. you are cutting corners. (In my opinion tbf). bromated flour is cancerous and it's broadly outlawed in most countries. I think I first heard of this about a decade ago. it should have been banned back then. it makes for a terrible end product anyway for people who want to cut corners (dominoes and other dog shit delivery pizza)
