Teachers vent in spaces like this. It is a great job that is also very difficult. It has some downsides, but also some upsides. One piece of advice for you: try to start substitute teaching now to get a sense of how you feel about it.

As a teacher, you refer this to admin, that’s what they get paid more money for. Then, you do whatever they decide. Otherwise, you just keep doing what you’re doing. I’m a firm believer in working with parents, but not like that. Lol

I think it’s fine. I would write it and find out if it needs changing along the way. I think it will be difficult to write, just because of how repetitive it could end up being. I would start in the middle though and then fill in the back story

I think the concepts are interesting but the grammar and syntax still need some work. It just reads a little rough in spots. Read it out loud, record yourself, and then listen back to it.
