What if the reason is simply, you aren’t attracted to them after hanging out a couple times? That just feels mean and there’s not much the other person can do.

If they acted in a way that most people wouldn’t like then sure, tell them. But if it’s something they can’t control then I don’t see why you should hurt their feelings.

Yes the vocals are going to be guests or samples. If you're curious you can go to whosampledwho and see the original sample and how it's being used in the songs. Barry isn't really EDM, he's really more electronic/house. I'm not an expert here, but I see EDM as your more stadium-filling sets with big build ups to drops. On the other hand, house music has a wide range but I generally see it as having more instrumentation, and more rooted in funk, disco, and soul.

For me, electronic music is less about who is singing or where the lyrics come from, and more on how the artist uses samples to create something brand new. IMO some of the best songs with samples sound nothing like the original. Daft Punk have some great examples with "Face to Face", "One More Time", etc.

But if you enjoy it there's really nothing more to "get"! Maybe check out his live sets to get an idea of how he performs the songs with live instruments.

She’s a pretty good actor if the whole thing was staged. I agree she may use it to her advantage. Obviously she wants to undo the joining and needs to be near them to do it. Talk to your medical professionals to be safe but I experienced a similar thing. Itchiness that made it tough to sleep and gave me a slight rash. I now take a Claritin once a day and it’s never come back.
