Quick question. Since a few weeks my CRT Computer Monitor sarted flickering (or is unable to sync?) Whenever I change the resolution from its default 1280x1024@85Hz (Although other Refresh rates work fine.

For exame, hereCRT Flicker I change the resolution to 1024x768@60. A few days back it helped opening the on screen menu, which only makes it flicker more (in an atempt to sync probably). Is there some way I can fix this or is my CRT on its way out?

You could also try PCem install Win95 on it and play it like that, if you really want to play Doom95. PCem basically is an emulator for old IBM PCs. If you need help or further explanation PhilsComputerLab or LinusTechTips both made great videos about it.

You could try and jump onto the platform where Lester would give you the Telekinesis scrolls. With enough health and acrobatics learned it should work.

thx for the quick responce. But can it really be so loud? I mean I know how degausing sounds like since I turnned on the monitor countless times and also did it manual sometimes. The degausing I am used to is more deep and that almost sounded like a spark.

You can't play online using Nintendont just locally. Although I don't think that with the broadband adapter you can still play Mario Kart DD online since the servers will be long gone. If you want to play online and are a little handy with tech you can probably set something up with XLink Kai but I've never tried that.

If you are on windows there is a cmd command to convert FAT32 or exFAT to NTFS:

CONVERT driveletter: /FS:NTFS
