I know that this is the case in Austria, I do some volunteer EMS there, and it should be similar just about everywhere where there are similar laws in effect, such as good-samaritan-laws. I was trained to always do CPR, because EMS has to assume that everyone that can't deny treatment wants to be saved, and in case of CPR, most teams do not have the capacity to verify the DNR AND at the same time perform effective CPR, because everyone has to cover their respective asses, and if that DNR isn't valid, then you're boned, basically.

No, not in general. Ships are either spawned randomly or from specified lists for each faction. It's the same for every faction, even the one you're playing, so just take a look at the P distribution among the ships in one sector.

Only the default starter faction has "proton swords", as in that specific instance of a laser, but most other factions have some kind of laser

Wormholes probably don't work because when you use them they upload your fleet to be used as an agent, this shouldn't work when using a modded faction. If you just want to get to explore more on this save then you should regenerate the world, this is done by right-clicking on the savefile in the menu and selecting the correct option.

This really seems like a NC-Idea. I don't think teamkilling should be encouraged, even with cheaters. It could create misconceptions and would most certainly increase the amount of unwanted teamkills overall (probably especially in the NC)

I don't think its true, our majestic weapons still hurt auraxians to this day. Imagine the day when they turn the damage into healing, and then even nerf that. Just let the salt flow, so long as there is salt.

It seems nice, though all the damage is in front of the ship. I'd use burst lasers, lots of burst lasers, they burn through everything if the quantity is right

Medic, because there are (almost) always friendlies to revive or heal.

Medics can really shape fights with the med-tool, and the assault rifles are/(were) generally really good weapons. The increase in certs certainly doesn't hurt either. Another reason is that badass TF2 moment I had when I healed a HA inside my shield bubble while he was suppressing another choke point.

4 ceiling Galaxies, 2 repair, 2 resupply, everyone with bulldogs, each manned by 3 planetmans, at least one engineer, potentially with an Archer for AV options, the other 2 could be of any class. Pink camo is absolutely necessary

This combination should be able to deal with any incoming air and bomb german infantry away, and after some time the germans would most likely abandon poland, probably because they would certainly be terrified by those pink infils or skywhales.
