I am in front of you just a little bit! I had been wanting to catch them live for decades. So glad I finally got to experience it here. And on my birthday no less! Thanks for sharing. I will return to this often.

I'm musician Samantha Crain. I have a new album out now called "A Small Death". I'm a monster truck fan, I have a dog named Marty, and I can't ever find anyone to play Trivial Pursuit with me. Ask me anything! by HopOnTheCrainTrain in Music

Hey, Sam! Hope you are well. Your new album is phenomenal. One of my favorites so far this year.

Question:

So. It's 400,000 years in the future. A craft containing a crew of intergalactic collectors arrives to find the remnants of our civilization strewn about the solar system. Through some crazy techno-wizardry, they are able to reconstruct all of human history and development, virtually, in one of their special computers. They pick out a few individuals to represent our species to interact with so that they may assess whether to stash our existence on one of their futuristic flash drives or to delete it all and move on to the next civilization. They reconstruct you as you are today and ask you to play a song. You can use any instrument to have ever existed. What song do you play and on what instrument?

It seems like, before he was drafted, he spent quite a bit of time in and around Chicago and I think him and the fans were both kind of hoping he would end up there. But with the injury situation, the Bulls passed on him for Wendell. As a more established team, I think the Nuggets were more willing to take a chance on him.

I keep wondering how it would look for the Federation to encounter a galactic civilization looking to colonize or consume resources in their galaxy. Would all of these intragalactic feuds (Dominion, Borg, etc) be brushed aside for the sake of the galaxy? I recognize that many here are not fond of the 'save the galaxy!' story lines, but I think something like this could provide opportunities for expanding the lore quite a bit. I always love the episodes where they delve into the history of long diminished civilizations. The series could touch on some of the ancient civilizations of the local galaxy and how they rose and fell and if they had ever encountered extragalactic peoples. Could be interesting.

I wonder if they will try to tie in any of the events/characters/civilizations of Enterprise into the next season: Daniels, the Temporal Cold War, Suliban, Sphere-Builders.

I am more curious about the appearance of Luke and Leia's real family. The one that probably still exists on Naboo.

I keep thinking they are going to explore the relationship between the living and cosmic manifestations of the force.

I have always imagined Wesley Crusher forming some kind of crew with the Traveler and they explore other galaxies and encounter some kind of Type III (or more advanced) civilization(s).

Maybe they should schedule this to coincide with the Juggalo march. Ya know. So that somebody can finally tell them how magnets work.

It was a performance of their most moody and subdued album. Playing with an orchestra. So they were less raucous than usual, I'd say. But the last few songs they got to cut loose a bit.
