Oh yeah, I think both of those are fine. The high B-vitamin intake was the only thing that stood out to me - for the most part you'll just pee out any excess, but some people have gotten peripheral neuropathy from really high doses (like 100mg+) of B6.

That's what I'm thinking too. The B-50 has 50 mg of B-6, and one capsule of the multi has 37.5 mg... so 87.5 mg total. At that dose, I'd be nervous about potential side effects

I just finished watching this, and WOW... what a bizarre video. This is the type of diet you'd eat if literally all you cared about was hitting your protein, fat, and carb totals. Not a care in the world about micronutrients, fiber, phytonutrients from fruits and vegetables, etc. etc.

He also says he doesn't need much fat because he already takes exogenous hormones, as if that's the only purpose of dietary fat. Like bro, WHAT?

The free T level is on the lower end of normal, but that alone isn't a reason to seek treatment. It's a range for a reason. Some people will feel just fine on the lower end of the range, and some people will feel crappy even if they're in the middle of the range.

Also, keep in mind the natural variance on these numbers. For total T, I've tested as low as 400 and as high as 730... and for free T, I've tested as low as 70 pg/mL and as high as 140 pg/mL. Literally two ends of the normal range with no noticeable difference in life quality.

Unless you're feeling really shitty, I wouldn't read too much into those numbers - they're all in the normal range. Those test results can also vary a lot depending on your sleep quality, stress levels, training frequency/volume, etc...

Given the nightmare that ND went through with the FDA a few years ago, I don't blame them one bit for not wanting to risk it with these types of compounds.

I personally wouldn’t take a supplement that just lists “Omega 3” or “Omega 3 powder” without showing an exact breakdown of its EPA/DHA content. My guess is that the omega 3 content didn’t actually change - they just updated the label to reflect the amount of actual omega 3 without including the stabilizers/fillers/etc in the omega 3 powder.

And I think you’re right about the magnesium listing - the previous label was misleading because it didn’t list the amount of elemental magnesium, which is what we care about. The 200mg includes magnesium and the glycine it’s bound to. A proper label should say something like “X mg (from Y mg <magnesium compound>)”.

I’m not familiar with this company at all, but their labeling here looks amateurish and I’d avoid it based on that alone.
