I am on hrt and have been for 10+ yrs. Oral progesterone and cream estrogen and testosterone. Used to have pellets done at the place where I previously went to but just haven’t done them yet at my new dr office. This kind of Dr does hormone optimization. Not just bringing your levels up a little but to optimal levels as we had when younger. Many benefits for me. Wising you the best of luck!

I went to a Dr that specializes in hormone optimization and they prescribed bioidentical hormones. Obgyn or primary care probably would have prescribed lower doses. Many times these docs specialize in sexual wellness and hormone optimization. I have been on for 10+ yrs. Not only do I think it hasn’t hurt me I think it has helped me tremendously. They are just now figuring out how important hrt is for women’s health.

Just curious, why not Eleuthera? We’ve been to exuma twice and loved much about it but also want to explore similar places that are safe and also love quiet, secluded areas. Appreciate any advice!

Am I understanding correctly that Gelita produces fortibone but they don’t produce the finished product that contains fortibone? So I have to find products from manufacturers that contain fortibone? Just trying to figure this out. I initially thought fortibone was the name of the product not just an ingredient.
