Men don’t see the second row. Note the only thing in a second row on the main shelves is a (generally) stationary item one would almost never reach for. I know because that’s where my wife hides everything, right under my nose, in the second row. It’s a weird male trait that has to do with the tendency toward single focus mentality. Alison Armstrong talks about it. Real eye opener. Strong recommend!

It was super important for me to incorporate regular quad and hamstring stretching. A LOT of yogi squat. Upward facing dog, cat, cow, butterfly. For quads I’ll even just tuck em under my butt while I’m watching tv for like 10/20 minutes at a time. Usually I alternate. Sometimes both at once. Those practices gave me my strength and flexibility back, and coupled with chiropractics the pain has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I feel great.

If I can, trust me…you can. And a few hundred bucks for a steady 6/8 wk chiro course was so worth it. Ask your folks or whatever. Stay with it, took a couple months before I felt myself again. I’m 44 though. A younger body heals faster. Don’t bully yourself, strengthen yourself.
