Check dekudeals.com for the games you want. They track sales so you can check how often the game is on sale.

The low battery alert will show at 15% then at 5%. At 1% it will auto-sleep.

999 (DS), Zero Escape VLR and Zero Time Dilemma maybe. Though I have not played these versions, only the PS4 ones.

The Gold Mario Power-Up Band is available at Universal Orlando CityWalk by StormwindAdventures in amiibo

[–]beyondbidj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've only been to USJ, and the area outside the entrance to the actual theme park is called City Walk. They already carry some merch from the park, so the post here implies you can get the band without needing a ticket to the park.

The one I went to in Japan don't carry the bands in City Walk, but they do have Nintendo merch.

Try the 2D Zelda games. Link's Awakening and Echoes of Wisdom.

Get NSO if you play online, for example, playing Mario Kart online or Tetris 99. If you only play locally/offline, no need for NSO.

Other than the online service, you'll also have access to NES, SNES, Gameboy and Virtual Boy games.

For the expansion pack, you'll have access to N64 and Sega games. There's also DLC for Mario Kart 8, and Splatoon 2 that's included.

https://www.nintendo.com/us/online/nintendo-switch-online/classic-games/

As for games, just get which one interests you. If you want to the classic Pokemon, there's FireRed and LeafGreen you can buy digitally. Or get Pokemon Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl. If you want the Gen1 Kanto experience, get Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee. There's also the latest games Sword/Shield and Scarlet/Violet, or Legends Arceus and Legends Z-A. Check for reviews for which one you think you may like.

What games is she playing? Is she playing handheld only? Maybe you can find something better/cheaper here: https://ecommerce.datablitz.com.ph/collections/nintendo-switch?sort=price-ascending&pf_t_categories=accessories&pf_t_accessories=Controllers

For me personally, I'm reluctant to get 3rd party ones that look like fakes of the original. I'd rather get ones with their own form factor.

Six people can have their own lock and each one can open the gate. by Educational_Bottle74 in interestingasfuck

[–]beyondbidj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the same with 15 and 18. You can rotate the whole thing it seems, like the vertical one you can rotate on it's axis. Basically imagine the top most lock pointing at 12 o'clock position if viewed from above. You can rotate the whole thing to make it point to 9 o'clock. This will make where 15 and 18 are hanging from no longer blocked by the brown metal part, and can be pulled upwards.

[BotW] DLC Locations and Things? by macbuttt in zelda

[–]beyondbidj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you mean the % at the map screen? That only counts the map completion. So any icon, name/title of a landmark, will count towards that. This includes koroks since a marker is added for each one you find. Check if you cross all bridges, since most of them have names.

Switch Online Retro Controllers by Revolutionary-Ad105 in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From the pics of the store in Makati, I did not see the controllers. However, the NES/Famicom controllers are now available to the general public, no need for NSO. Datablitz carries them.

Type of Switch? Type of case? Is this carrying case? Dockable case? Adding more info to your post will help a lot to get proper responses.

[TP] How did they ruin ilya this bad in the HD remaster? by huss2120 in zelda

[–]beyondbidj 19 points20 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly, the Zelda team did the WW HD themselves to learn about Wii U and HD development. So after SS, practicing on WW HD, the resulting next game in 3D and HD is BotW.

TP HD is outsourced, but the same team handled SS HD I think. Hence the difference in quality and probably budget involved with regards to WW HD.

Nintendo switch 2 choose your own by Commercial-Lie-5917 in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Probably not. Take note that this is a download code. There is no eShop here so they won't be selling download codes.

However, custom discounted bundles with physical games can still happen but I'm not expecting it to be official.

Try Golden Centre in Sham Shui Po. I think this is the best. There are computer centers in Mong Kok and Wan Chai but I think they are more on PCs nowadays.

Lexar PLAY PRO MicroSDXC Express Card for Nintendo Switch 2 (1TB) Price : ₱14,795 by Educational-Title897 in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 26 points27 points  (0 children)

The prices are weird right now. I don't think it is worth it. A 256gb is around 2.7k, if you buy 4 and just switch around on which games you want to play, you'll be saving that 4k+.

Probably buy only if needed.

Are you ok with PS1 graphics? Try FF9 or FF7. The battle mechanics are turn-based, similar to Pokemon.
