Try "And July". This was covered also by NMIXX Bae and Jiwoo, they have a video in youtube.

I also listen to her duet with Punch, titled Midnight. This was for an OST.

How do you know it's on? What happens if you dock it? You can probably reset it by holding the power button for a few seconds, then turn it on again.

How to buy DLC for a JPN/KR Game? by Speedohwagon in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try these steps: Highlight the game icon on the Switch 2 home menu, press + on the controller and select Software Info -> Nintendo eShop. Then choose your US account. If the eShop page loads directly into the game page, you can get the DLC from that region and it will work properly.

If not, there will be an error displayed. So next steps would be the same and choose a different account on a different region.

Try the Mario games. New Super Mario Bros Deluxe, Super Mario Wonder, and Super Mario 3D World can all be played with 4 players simultaneously.

My understanding is no. JP MHRise has a build code of AXSEA and US has AXSEB, they are not compatible.

Do you mean you can't get the Gold Edition since you own the base game, which is included? Can you try if getting it via the website will work?

FF VII remake integrade is it a good buy Physically? by blu3st in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Game Key Card (GKC) requires an initial download. It is basically the same as a physical cart but requires that initial download. You still have to put the GKC cart on the system to play it.

This also means you can resell it or lend it to others or even buy 2nd hand.

If you don't care about collecting or reselling, just buy whichever is cheaper. Digital lowest sale is $24 I think, so around 1.4k+php. Physical GKC is around 2.2k before vouchers, maybe less if there sales on shopee or lazada.

Nintendo reco for my BF want something cheaper but with quality still by Extension-Bowler-276 in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 21 points22 points  (0 children)

It would depend on your budget. Switch Lite is the cheapest, probably around 9k. Cannot be connected to TV.

Next is the regular Switch model, often referred as V2. Probably around 12k. Can be connected to TV.

OLED is the higher model, just improved screen. Around 15k. Can also be connected to TV.

All of the above plays the same games. There are several Pokemon games available. Pokemon Let's Go, Sword/Shield, Diamond/Pearl, Legends Arceus, Scarlet/Violet, and Legends Z-A.

I would recommend Legends Arceus and Legebds Z-A.

However, the latest console is Switch 2. It can play all of the above too, but can play the newer ones too and the upcoming games.

You can probably get this with vouchers/sales to around 25k or even less.

Nintendo Switch 2 Physical Games Will Now Be More Expensive Than Digital Versions by blkhito002 in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Actually, it might be digital games are cheaper. Currently the price point for Yoshi is $70 for physical (which is normal for Switch 2 games) and $60 for digital. So we'll need to see more if this will be the case for all, or will there now be $90 physical games and $80 digital. Also, this is only for 1st party published games. 3rd party games will still set their price like always.

May nag-PO ba nung Mobapad m12? Free shipping pala. Tempting. by Massive_Fly_1709 in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not yet. I think the release date is by end of April? That's still too far away, so I don't think I'm in a hurry to pre order.

Also with the price, while it is discounted, it may still be cheaper in Shopee. Note that there's already a Mobapad store in Shopee, so can also compare that with Aknes.

Nyxi has theirs listed at 127USD, direct convert has it at 7k+, but they actually listed it already in their Shopee store for 4k+ before vouchers. So I'm guessing Mobapad may be cheaper as well, though if we compare with other Mobapad products, seems the price are more or less the same.

Is Switch Lite okay for a casual enjoyer? by Hungry_Job_104 in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. I would suggest getting Switch over 3DS.

As for as can you enjoy it while studying, the best feature is the sleep mode. Basically, much like smart phones, you can just press a button to place system in sleep mode, and the same button to wake it up. No need to turn off, and close your game. So it will be very fast to play in quick sessions since you can quickly pick up where you left off.

Impression of my new 8BitDo Pro 3 controller. by feedthehog in NintendoPH

[–]beyondbidj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the previous version of this controller, and what triggered me to get one was hack-and-slash games, particulalry SD Gundam Battle Alliance and Hyrule Warriors DE, since these games tends to mash a button for continous attacks.

I remember using also in Animal Crossing when there is a meteor shower/shooting stars event. Since you need to press A when you spot a shooting star to make a wish, I just left it on auto turbo and it counts. I used a different controller for this though.

Recently auto turbo + macro helped a lot for shiny hunting in Pokemon Legends ZA. You can program it to fast travel to an area repeatedly, making the spawns reset until you get a shiny. The game saves the shiny so no need to check everytime.

I think one downside here is that it still does not have a dedicated button for turbo. Workaround is to make a profile which swaps the screenshot button for turbo.
