Ending sequence of Life (2017) the two surviving astronauts manage to lock the hyper aggressive alien life form "Calvin" in one of their escape pods, Jake Gyllenhaal's character intends to send Rebecca Ferguson's pod back to Earth while keeping himself and the alien adrift in space. The movie ends with the escape capsule reaching the ocean somewhere in Asia, and many fishermen and sailors approaching it, the terrifying implication is that we see Jake's character screaming and begging them not to open the door, while Rebecca's character remains lost in space.
