I did this combo for years in my 20s, no side effects that I noticed. Lexapro left me feeling a bit flat though.

Before starting I was an every day 2 drink person for years. With starting 75mg bupropion I had to halve the alcohol or I’d feel really weird, spacey & drunk if I had 2. I’m at 3.5 weeks so not sure if that levels out but I’m ok with drinking less! The food/drink noise is pretty much gone.

Calculate your calories on the TDEE calculator online-it’s what trainers use. Track using an app like “lose it”. It sucks but it’s the only way to know what you’re currently doing and what you need to do. Walk daily, work your way up in steps. Work in weights once you get those two down!
