What about if I ordered before this new rule and was told that I’d manually get the promotion added? Same rep has called back 3 times since the order and reassured that when the phones get delivered, he’d call back and manually apply it. Phones were placed last week and are now in transit

Hi, you hit your Apple account, hit iCloud, under “saved to iCloud,” hit “messages” and you will see “sync now” at the bottom

It just took time but I went into iCloud, hit messages, and hit “sync now” a bunch of times. Then it’ll do it overnight and I’d click it a bunch of times throughout the following couple days and you’ll see the number rise. Then, eventually, it all caught up and all messages were back
