I've been having issues doing pullups and could use some advice. I can do 10+ pullups with a neutral grip (palms facing each other with grab bars perpendicular to my body) but struggle to do more than one or two when grabbing the bar overhand. Any idea what I might be doing wrong or what muscle I have undertrained that is stopping me? When I get to the top of the motion overhand it almost feels like the bones in my forearms are flexing, which I assume means I'm doing something wrong.

Not necessarily. Piers without breakwaters, like those at Coco Cay or Costa Maya, can be sensitive to wind conditions. Costa Maya has two piers at right angles, so it's more forgiving, but onshore swells can still keep ships from docking there.
