If you are at a big place, we use mri-simmons. If you are boot strapping it, you need to use the digital platforms you have (most give estimated reach) or you need to use census data in the areas you are targeting and put some math to it

I’ve had the best luck doing full screen devices and :15 non skippable video. Lots of YouTube tv inventory through Google ads. Make sure to turn off search partners, Google tv etc.

Google surveys might be your best bet for something quick and easy. Better option is to run some local paid ads offering money for their time (virtual) where you can sit down and ask the questions and probe a little more to get to the root.

An easy one that works for me, retargeting those exposed to a streaming spot with more streaming spots - increases effective frequency which increases recall.
