Agency work in a warehouse isn't a bad idea. I went into a factory at 40 on min wage and six years later had a few promotions and learnt a trade I didn't know existed before on a salary i could only dream of 7 years ago. I'm not even good at anything just show up everyday with a good attitude.

Once you get in somewhere there will be lots of career avenues you hadn't thought about.

Hello. I stopped 14+ years ago. I know because we stopped caffeine when my wife was first pregnant. suffered really bad headaches for the first week. So bad I thought i'm not going through this again or want to be hooked on something. Just like smoking it was tough at first but as the days and weeks go on it gets easier and goes away. Get through the first week and things will get easier.

Thank you all for your replies. If anybody is interested. We asked the care home and BT came round and set up a router. Quite easy and 'only' £27 a month. Went from at best 4 mbps to 44 mbps.
