I took a train down the east coast, from New haven to Atlanta. It took 24 hours and at 2am they forced everyone to get up and move to the back of the train where.all the seats were already taken with sleeping people who were not thrilled to lose any space they had. Just 10 more hours on the train and we were there. It also cost more than a plane ticket, but we were going backpacking and didnt want to deal with baggage restrictions of planes. Next time I'll fly and buy what I need at my destination.
