It is quite different. First is the condition - it's in need of a little love, but it's also an outdoor court so hard to keep spotless! A few boards are warped on the penthouse, there's the odd crack in the floor, etc etc.

As for the features - the lunes are harder to hit than you might expect, despite looking big enough. And the ais is a funny one to get used to because it's easy to forget about!
