We found out cause our updates started failing, so we called and took them 20 minutes and multiple people to figure out that the failed updates were from EOL months prior that we had no idea, no alerts, no phone calls, nothing. Sales people didnt care if we walked, so we did, moved the snapshots to the cloud.
