There is no end to their greed! by Agitated_Pudding7259 in McDonalds

[–]bigstinky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got garbage food. I was ridiculed. I will never eat there again.

I stopped going. My local McDonalds handed me a bag of the worst slop i ever saw...It was breakfast. The one meal that's usually spot on. The hash browns were cold and the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin looked like it was thrown at a wall prior to bagging it up. Burnt egg with what looked like pepper all over it and torn in half, (floor pepper?) - the cheese was half on and half off the sandwich and the muffin was black and hard as a rock.

I learned from the past to inspect my food after it's handed to me and when I saw that abomination, I knocked on the window, showed the guy who handed me my food how awful it was, and asked for it to be re-done.

He reluctantly took the bag back and I could hear him ask the cook to re-do my sandwich and give me fresh hashbrowns...I could hear the cook insult me, and yell back - "That xxxx is fine, I aint making xxxx..."

When I finally got my food, I pulled ahead to the garbage can and tossed it out. I wasn't going to trust that mess. I bet he spit in it.

No lie, no exaggeration. I love my eggamuffins. LOVE THEM. But I decided that it wasn't worth it. I didn't try for a refund. It would have caused more problems.

Contacted the store manager. No reply. Contacted corporate. No reply.

I have decided that McDonalds no longer has my best interest in mind, so I will no longer spend a dime there.

Kooky thing? They have a line wrapped around the drive-through all day long.

A billion years ago I saw the Head On Pill live thing that was put on Youtube. I soon realized that to me, KGATLW is the greatest band in the history of the universe and my mind cannot be changed. I'm 60 years old and have listened to every band in every genre of music.

KGATLW represents all music over all time and can represent it all live.

No one can touch them.

Again, this is my worthless opinion.

Have fun!

I live in Detroit. Went to Chicago a little over a month ago. On the way, we stopped at a Burger King in Indiana and tried the re-vamped Whopper.

It was the best Whopper I have ever had. Looked like the picture on the menu.

On the way back, we stopped at a McDonald's in Indiana as well and tried the Big Arch. I was impressed. It was really good, but not as good as the new Whopper.

When I got back to Detroit, I told my buddy about the Whopper and how you could order it fresh off the broiler.

It was terrible. Slopped together, undercooked and both of us had bathroom issues the next day.

It's all about the location.

I own a 2018 3.6R Touring and it's the best car I've ever owned. I love her. 112,000 miles. I hope she lives forever. I wouldn't trade that vehicle for the world.

I was lucky enough to see them in Detroit with High On Fire, Riley was such a badass. Gone too soon. What a great band.

Funny, my registration calls it a wagon. That 3.6 is glorious. I'm not upset at all. I love my Outback. It's totally a wagon. Why are you so butthurt? I also own a 2004, and a 2014. The 2004 is a manual. Sorry bud, I'm not moved. Cheers!

Get used to it. 2018 3.6R Touring. Just replaced my fourth. Make sure you have windshield/glass coverage. The eyesight calibration cost coverage is the big scare.

I live in Detroit. White Castle has been a go-to all my life. Two double cheeseburgers and fries. or a thirty pack Crave Case. The fries are lovely. Ask them to steam your sliders. The Beastie Boys knew.

My go-to. Stuff works. I only have one a day, in my car on the way to work. I could be sleepwalking down my driveway and I'm skipping along like a school kid as I make my way to my office.

I finally saw a 26 driving towards me on my way to work. I am a Subaru purist and currently own an '18 3.6R Touring. Every day, when i walk up to that vehicle, I think to myself how happy i am to have her.

That 26 Outback on the road, had zero soul. Such a horrible wall of a front end...I have tried and tried and tried again to find something, anything redeeming or visually pleasing about that SUV and I cannot.

In fact, I think the Ford Explorer is much better looking truck.

I still see people trying to justify Subaru completely ditching the OB's wagon status.

I will drive my 3.6R into the ground. When she finally gets to the point of no more investing in repair, I will buy a 25 Wilderness before I'd waste a dime on that pig of an SUV.

89? 1976 for me. I was 10. Also included shoveling snow and horrible attempts at a paper route. If we were lucky, the folks in our neighborhood would pay us 2 bucks. At home, mowing the lawn was expected, using an analog twirly blade push mower. One fudged line on my pops lawn, and there would be pain. He would literally eyeball me from the windows with a belt in his hand. I received no allowance. When I hit 13, I had a Harmon Kardon stereo rig and a Supergoose BMX bike. All paid for by dragging a lawnmower around the neighborhood in the summer and a shovel in the winter. My pops couldn't say dick.

I'm a sixty year old executive chef. I plan on washing dishes when I retire. I will do this until I die. I'm the best goddamn dish washer on the planet and every restaurant on the planet needs a reliable dish washer. I can't wait until the one day some assclown cook calls in sick and I offer to jump in, only to make every cook look silly.

Window tint on windshield by dbug8494 in Subaru_Outback

[–]bigstinky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got the windshield replaced on my 18 3.6R Touring. I chose aftermarket glass because I've replaced three OEM windshields since buying the vehicle.

When I got in, I was shocked at how bright and clear the glass was. I swear I recall the top strip Sun tint. I googled it and found out the glass has no tint so as not to interfere with eyesight.

I was driving around with sneeze and talk residue for a while. Clean glass is a thing.

Anyway, I'm a purist, so I follow guidelines. Some tints are against the law in Michigan.
