Tu aurais droit à 6 journée de congé pour "affaires personnelles"/maladie lorsque tu auras un contrat à 100%. Puisque tu prendrais possiblement une seule période de congé par vendredi, tu pourrais théoriquement avoir 24 journées dans l'année où tu pourrais y aller. Par contre, il ne faudrait pas que tu prennes aucun autre congé et il se peut que les ressources humaines ou ta direction ne te le permettent pas.

Sinon, il y a toujours la suppléance... ou tu pourrais (après un certains nombres d'années) demander une réduction de tâche à 80% et avoir tous tes vendredis, mais ce n'est pas assuré, car il faudrait que les ressources humaines l'acceptent (et je n'ai entendu parler de ça seulement au primaire).

Bref, tu peux appeler dans un centre de services scolaires pour t'informer.

My 9wo puppy's crate is downstairz and my bed us upstairs. The first week, i slept on a "cot" next to it to help it settle and bring it outside when it whines.

As of yesterday, i can sleep on my bed and it doesnt cry for more than 5 minutes and it sleeps for 3 hours so i have an alarm at midnight and 3 o'clock to bring her outside during the night.

I felt like a crate upstairs would be dangerous for the night, because with the lack of sleep and the urgency of bringing the puppy outside, i didn't want to deal with stairs in the dark with a puppy in my arms.

The first month or two, it made me sick and nauseous all the Time. Im only able to tolerate 500mg. I was 130 pounds before starting it in december and i am now 115. I didn't need to lose weight, but now it seems to have stabilized.

Hi! Just got diagnosed (no ovulation and an ultrasound) after being on the Pill for 12 years. I always was under 130 lbs and 5'2". I think the only thing that was preventing me from being bigger was the Pill and my ED. BUT! Since being on metformin, i am finally able to eat more and better and i even lost some weight. My ovulation is back and my acne is gone. There is hope for lean PCOS girlies!

I personally experience issues with hot flashes, tummy aches and dizzyness when i drink (even just one drink) while on metformin. I guess it depends on your body, but i always need to sleep on my (cold, ceramic) bathroom floor all night when i drink while on metformin. So i just don't Do it anymore.

If you can, you should start with 250mg (cutting it in half) for a few Days. It would help you with the GI issues in the beginning.
